Imana Insurance Agency Kenya Ltd is an insurance agency licensed and regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya. We are not an insurance underwriter — we help you compare, arrange and manage insurance cover placed with licensed insurance companies. Our advisory and comparison service to you is free; we are compensated by commission from the insurers we place business with.

Quotes provided through our website or agents are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to confirmation, underwriting and any additional terms set by the relevant insurer. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may affect your cover or a future claim.

When you choose to proceed with a quote, we will act as your agent in arranging the policy with the relevant insurer. The resulting insurance contract is between you and the insurer, and is governed by that insurer's policy wording and terms, in addition to these Terms.

Premiums may be paid via M-Pesa or bank transfer using the payment details provided with your quote. Cover is generally only confirmed and certificates issued once payment has been received and verified. You are responsible for keeping proof of payment (e.g. M-Pesa confirmation message) until your certificate/policy documents are issued.

We will support you in notifying and following up on claims with the relevant insurer, and in understanding the claims process. However, the assessment, approval and settlement of claims is determined solely by the insurer in accordance with your policy terms.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when requesting a quote
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or to defraud Imana or any insurer
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the website's operation
• Copy, reproduce or misuse content from this website without our permission

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Imana Insurance Agency Kenya Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Kenyan law. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations as a licensed insurance agency under the Insurance Act or IRA regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
